<p>I.PELMENI AND VARENIKI MAKING UNIT L5-FAP Due to nutritiousness, calorie content and flavoring qualities the traditional national dishes - pelmeni and vareniki - enjoy great popularity by many peoples. From the preliminarily prepared dough by means of unit L5-FAP you can make pelmeni with meat farce and vareniki with potato, curd stuff etc. Unit is designed for trade and public catering enterprises: cafe, restaurants, canteens, half-finished product shops. Unit L5-FAP has a compact construction. It is convenient in operation and can be installed on the table. It is a batch-operated machine for automatic and wasteless stamping of pelmeni and vareniki. Unit consists of frame with hoppers for dough and farce (stuff), conveyor, stamper, flour sifter, forming head and control desk. On the bottom of hoppers there are augers for feeding products into the corresponding chambers of forming head from where dough in the form of oval tube with stuff comes onto the trays. When the conveyor belt moves the stumping drum rotates and stamps two rows of pelmeni and vareniki rolling along the dough tube stuffed with farce. Cells of stamping drum have separating and gluering edges. The flour hopper with agitator for powdering the dough tubes with flour to prevent sticking of half-finished products to the cells of stumping drum are installed before the stamping drum. Details directly contacting with products are made of corrosion - resistant materials. Washing and sanitary treatment process in simple and convenient. Unit is serviced by one man who prepares and sets it, observes operation, loads hoppers, places clean trays on conveyor, removes them with finished pelmeni or vareniki and ships to the cooling chamber. Interlock is provided for safe operation in opening the hopper covers. LABELING MACHINE L5-BE2-M Labeling machine L5-BE2-M it is suitable for sticking one label on the cylindrical part of bottles with capacity of 200-500 ml and glass cans with capacity of 200-1000 ml. Machine is installed in the food liquids and vegetable oils filling lines. The following technological cycles are automatic in the machine: bottles and labels feeding; smearing the labels with glue; applying the production date of the food product; output of bottles for the subsequent technological operations. With a view to use a big variety of bottles, cans and stuck labels two speeds of the devices movement are provided in the machine. The stamp allows to apply the dates on the face side of the label. Machine operates with an independent vacuum pumping plant and can be linked with an industrial vacuum system. It is convenient to maintain, operates on the self - dependent basis and is easily installed in the automatic lines at the enterprises of food industry. Starting plants L5-032-U-0,35 and L5-032-U-0,63 are suitable for preparing the production sours in clean cultures of lactic-acid bacteria by pasteurizing the milk, its ripening, cooling and storing the sour at the enterprises of milk industry. Plants consist of the reservoir for ripening and block of control equipment. The thennoisolated reservoir is equipped with device for flooding the stock and discharging the final product, steam and icy water coils, device for washing the internal surfaces of reservoir, pasteurizing and ripening processes temperature control sensor. Internal bath, all details being in contact with milk or sour, outside housing are made of stainless steel. Control equipment block consists of rack, three units of locked valves, unit of air preparation, pneumodistributors unit and control desk. Internal bath of reservoir is filled with milk over the branch pipe. Milk agitation is carried out by agitator. Steam is fed into the coil disposed on the bottom of exterior bath under pressure 0,3 +0,05 MPa and milk is heated via water bath to the pasteurizing temperature 95+2 °C. After finishing the product pasteurization the feed of running water which displaces the hot water from the jacket is automatically engaged. The feed of icy water is engaged simultaneously. The milk ripening takes place during some fours. If necessary the final sour can be cooled to the storing temperature 3-10 °C and stored until usage. Constant temperature in the process of ripening is maintained automatically accurate to +1 °C with periodic feed of steam into heat-exchanger. Culture tanks L5-03-12 and L5-03-40 are suitable for preparing the laboratory and production sours in clean cultures of lactic-acid bacteria by pasteurizing the milk, its ripening and sour cooling. Field of application - enterprises of whole milk and butter-and-cheese industries. Culture tanks consist of the following assembly units: bath with a tube, pipeline and control desk. Operation principle of the culture tanks includes the following. Tubs with a stock (according to the technology of preparing the sour) are installed in the bath of culture tanks. The bath is filled with hot water to the level of the overfilling tube. The technological process of ripening the sour is set on the desk. The product heating to the temperature of pasteurizing is performed by three electric heating elements but upkeep of the specified temperature of pasteurizing and souring is carried out only by one electric heating element. Control of the pasteurizing, cooling, souring processes occurs automatically. In accordance with program the feeding of the sound and light signals in maintained on reaching the temperature of fermenting and expiring the time of souring. Tubs, bath and enclosure of the culture tanks are made of stainless steel. Automatic sausage products making machine L5-FA2-L is suitable for producing the double-layer casing from the cellulose band, filling it with sausage meat, forming the sausage loaf, making the clips, applying them to the ends of loaves and automatic separating the loaves from each other by cutting the jumpers. Machine is used in the sausage departments of the meat processing plants. Automatic machine consists of the following assembly units: filler, casing forming device, casing removing device, pinching, clip forming and clipping device, conveyor, bed with drive, electric equipment and pneumatic drive. Operation principle of the automatic machine consists of the following. Sausage meat is fed by double-auger stuffer from the hopper of the automatic machine into the spindle at which the forming of double-layer cellulose casing (without preliminary gluing) takes place. Casing is removed from the spindle by rubber rollers having the line speed the same as the feeding speed of the filled casing by the conveyor. The filled casing is fed by conveyor to the pinching, clip forming and clipping device "where casing pinching, simultaneous fastening of two ends of the loaf and cutting of jumper between loaves (separating of the measured loaf) take place. The principal advantages of the given construction are as follows: broadening of the standard size range of the sausage product; automatic adjustment of the auger rotation speed depending on density of the casing stuffing; higher reliability of construction providing the high quality of forming. Possibility of touching the hands of the serving staff to the product is excluded in the process of making the sausages. Introduction of the automatic machine into the production will favour the expansion of the range of the sausage products. Meat mixers L5-FM2-U-150 and L5-FM2-U-335 with mechanical loading and unloading of ground meat are suitable for its mixing to the required consistence with all components specified in the recipe and by making process of sausage products in the meat processing plants. The main units of meat mixers are: bed, mixing trough, auger drive, loading device, cover, ground meat unloading hatch and electrical equipment. All details being in contact with the ground meat are made of the corrosion - resistant materials. Trough where occurs mixing of ground meat by mixing augers is closed by the protective gridwork cover. The unloading of ground meat is carried out through hatches disposed on the face side of the trough and being opened with the aid of lever system. To ensure the conditions of safe work the interlock of mixing augers is provided in opening the cover and removing the guard situated on the unloading hatches. Machine control is performed by one operator- ground meat compiler from the panel situated on the post. Using the meat mixers of the proposed marks you would receive the excellent results in consistence, coloring and flavor of the finished product. CUTTERS L5-FKM and L5-FKB Cutters L5-FKM and L5-FKB are suitable for fine grinding of meat in producing the semi-smoked, fresh smoked, cooked, liver sausages, frankfurters and small sausages at the meat processing plants. Grinding of .the cooled from - 1 °C to-5 °C meat in the pieces with weight of not more than 0,5 kg as well the frozen blocks measuring 190Х190Х75 mm with the temperature of not less than -8°Cis allowed. The cutter details being in contact with the food products are made of corrosion - resistant and other materials permitted for usage in the food industry. Operational safety is one of the most important moments in the production process. For this purpose the interlock of the cutter operation in opening the knives cover is provided. The guards facing sheets and protective cover rule out the possibility of penetrating the operator's hands into the knives and belt transmission rotation zone. The cutter construction provides the safe, convenient washing and sanitary treatment without dismounting the units. Cutter servicing is carried out by one operator. The technological process control is performed from the panel. Cutters L5-FKM and L5-FKB are the reliable machines for long-duration operation. Dishwashing machine L5-HMT-2A is suitable for washing plates, glasses, covers and trays measuring not more than 530Х325 mm with the use of detergents "Posudomoi", "Progress". Application of dishwashing machine at the public catering enterprises and namely: in cafe, restaurants, canteens would turn the treatment of large volume of dishes into rapid and convenient process. Kojic Acid Dipalmitate has an excellent property of inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase present in the human skin so as to inhibit the melanin formation.It is more efficacious than straight kojic acid.Kojic Acid Dipalmitate can produce excellent effects in even toning the skin, fighting age spots, pregnancy marks, freckles as well as general skin pigmentation disorders of face and body. Unlike kojic acid, which often causes product stability problems such as color changes, Kojic Acid Dipalmitate offers excellent product stability without any color instability problems.
Features: 1. Skin Lightening. Kojic Acid Dipalmitate offers more efficacious skin lightening effects. Compared with kojic acid, Kojic Acid Dipalmitate markedly enhances the inhibitory effects on tyrosinase activity, which prohibits the formation of melanin.
2. Light and Heat Stability. Kojic Acid Dipalmitate is light and heat stable, while kojic acid tends to oxidize over time.
3. pH Stability: Kojic Acid Dipalmitate is stable within a wide pH range of 4-9, which provides flexibility to formulators.
4. Color Stability. Unlike kojic acid, Kojic Acid Dipalmitate does not turn brown or yellow over time for two reasons.First, kojic acid is not stable to light and heat, and tends to oxidize, which results in color change (often yellow or brown). Second, kojic acid tends to chelate with metal ions (e.g. iron), which often results in color change.On the contrary, Kojic Acid Dipalmitate is stable to pH, light, heat and oxidation, and does not complex with metal ions, which lead to color stability.
