3. Rates quoted on FOB basis is not acceptable to the buyer. They want the price on CIF FO Myanmar basis which should not be any problem for you. Kindly confirm.
4. The PG of 2% is to be given as soon as it will be decided that the order is being finalised. You may put a clause that the PG will be operative on placement of the order but it has to be given prior to the placement of the order.
5. Their banker is Myanmar trade bank which is not a prime bank hence the order will be routed through a HongKong company which will give you the L.C. from HongKong as per your requirement.
