1.Our Rolls are centrifugally cast with dual metal pouring. This process is unique in India and gives fine grain and
increased Roll strength.
2.The microstructure of the rolls working surface consists of cementite, fedeburite and fine dispersion partite.
3.Mostly we supply Chilled Rolls with Chill depth of 20 mm to 25 mm and hardness ranging from 475 to 525
BHN according to requirements.
4.We supply Rolls fitted with EN-8 or En-9 Steel Shafts/Spindles or according to customer’s requirement.
5.We manufacture Rolls ranging from a minimum diameter of 127 mm. to a maximum of 610
mm.
