Hart Design and Manufacturing, Inc. is a major manufacturer of complete lines for processing and packaging of cheese.  We have been making superior quality cheese processing and packaging equipment since 1975.  Hart's engineering, sales, and production groups have extensive backgrounds in the food packaging and processing   industry.  Today, our company encompasses over 40.000 square feet and employs over 60 craftsmen serving customers worldwide.  Hart Design sales staff travels the world working closely with customers, many of whom are the world's top cheese producers, to help determine the most efficient ways to satisfy their equipment needs.

Hart Design products include:

• Cream Cheese Packaging Line. Complete system for pouching, filling, and sealing 100 gm to 250 gm cartons of cream cheese. Machine speeds vary from 60 packages per minute up to 200 packages per minute.
• Process Cheese Packaging Line.  This line is a complete system for pouching, filling and sealing of 1 to 5 pound cartons of process cheese. Machine speeds range from 20 to 50 packages per minute.
• Process Ribbons Line. This line is a system that forms process cheese ribbons that   are used on cheeseburgers by fast food companies such as McDonalds. This line also
  includes the wrapping machinery to make 1 to 5 pound packages.
• Natural Cheese Equipment. Hart Design makes various cutters used to reduce blocks   of natural cheese into smaller shapes for retail consumer cuts or for shredding.   Wrappers can also be provided. Hart Design also makes other conveying and handling   equipment and automated systems for natural cheese, including 500 to 600 pound barrel  cheese and 640 pound cheese blocks.
