Manufacturing cast products and rolls for flour and steel

We would like to introduce ourselves as pioneer manufacturers of C.I. Chill Rolls engaged in
Steel Rolling Mills, Roller Flour Mills, Solvent Extraction Plants, Crushing & Pilleting
Industry, feed, soap, chocolate, printing, etc.
We have to our credit an experience of three decades in manufacturing rolls for different
industries and we have achieved the art of manufacturing special cast iron by centrifugal
casting technology, which is widely used in the world.

We are proud of our product, which when supplied to our customers and brought into use by them yield's them laudable results, and we in turn, get highly commendable comments coupled with
recurring orders, which is an eloquent testimony to the precision of our goods, which are
manufactured by us with superior technology and selective raw material with following main
features:

1. Our rolls are centrifugallly cast with dual metal pouring. This process is unique in India and gives fine grain and increases strength of rolls.
2. The microstructure of the rolls working surface consists of cementite, fedeburite and fine dispersion partite.
3. Mostly we supply chilled rolls with chill depth of 20 mm to 25 mm and hardness ranging from 475 BHN to 525 BHN according to requirements.
4. We supply rolls fitted with EN-8 or En-9 steel shafts/spindles or according to customer's requirements.
5. We manufacture rolls ranging from a min diameter of 127 mm to a maximum of 610 mm.

It was in 1960 that our forefathers started their business as a blacksmith by manufacturing
agricultural tools and implements and then in 1970 they entered the flour mill industry under
their new company named JAI BHARAT INDUSTRIES. The group started achieving new heights from its very beginning due to dedicated efforts of its founder, the late. K. L. DHINGRA.
Then with the due course of time our group kept expanding in various sectors.
