Exporting good, inexpensive pineapple products from China

(1)  Pineapple juice concentrate:
a. dissolvable brix: 60±1 degree
b. acid value: 2.5-3.5
c. brix to acid ratio: 18-24
d. no dissolvable: <8
e. pH value: <4.0
f. minimum shelf life to be 2 years from date of production. 

Packing:250±5kgs. Packed in aseptic bags in iron drums which are suitably loaded into sea container to prevent any harm to the product.

(2)  Canned pineapple, sliced from 8-10-11-17 etc, depends on buyer's choices, not less than 54% pineapple in one can. The packing sizes are 20oz, 30oz,106 oz and108 oz.
