The Unigrá Group is active within the food sector with a wide range of products, designed to meet buyers specific requirements. The factory, based in Conselice (Ravenna), is equipped with the most modern production technology for the processing of oils and fats (refining, hydrogenation, interesterification, fractioning) and the production of chocolate substitutes and margarine, for various uses.

The acquired know-how and the quality control ensure that high standards are met with, in accordance with rigorous requirements. Research and development are carried out in laboratories covering chemical, physical and technical application, to enable the development of “ad hoc” products to buyers specifications. The main customers of our company are margarine producers, ice-cream factories and confectionery producers. High production capacity in line with a versatile work-force give the plant an important ability to deliver on time. Raw materials are obtained from selected suppliers only, and are subject to rigorous control. Daily analysis checks are done in the laboratory to assure quality standards are maintained to Unigr? high levels. Unigrᬠwith all the manufacturing requirements in place, is able to produce for and work in conjunction with major international customers.
