DAMA Telecom Inc.

Providing international satellite communication systems

Firm.gif (1490 bytes)

We are looking for new business partnership opportunities in providing satellite telecommunication services in Ukraine (see attachments).

The main goal of appropriate projects can be operating leading edge satellite WorldNet DAMA Solution systems manufactured by SATTEL Global Networks, Inc. These systems can be supplied to Ukraine, installed and tested by DAMA Telecom, Inc. As an option it can be done even without pre-payment and cost of the systems and corresponding work will be later reimbursed from the revenue generated in the first 9-12 months of operation. Based on these systems we will be able to provide highly competitive international long distance rates as part of VTC Canada international long distance services.

As our price / cost / revenue assumptions show, an operator of these systems in Ukraine will have a profit of $10,000/year per one telephone circuit with the one-time system price of about $6,000 per circuit.

A group of Canadian and USA partnering companies, including VTC Canada (VTC), SATTEL Global Networks (SATTEL) and DAMA Telecom, Inc. (DTI), is actively pursuing new areas of business cooperation. The following is a brief description of products and services that are being suggested.

VTC is an established international telecommunication carrier and full service provider. Through its partners in USA, SATTEL and DTI, VTC supplies and operates satellite communication systems that deliver telephone and data service to remote areas of the world, where traditional terrestrial communication systems are not available, or to regions with established but limited network capabilities that need expansion.

VTC handles international traffic circuits originated on regional (domestic) satellite facilities and terminate the traffic at its hubs worldwide at highly competitive rates. VTC supplies complete solutions for carrier-quality PSTN extensions and Internet Access with domestic and international connectivity.

Utilized advanced SATTEL’s WorldNet Demand Assignment Multiple Access (DAMA) technology is unique and provides a number of competitive features not available from other vendors. These features allow to provide a very low cost-per-minute circuits through affordable earth terminals (see attachment).

Specialized DAMA systems have been in operation since 1987, and today are serving customers in 20 countries including Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.

Main areas of system implementation provided by DTI, are:

  • Distance education
  • Remote community telephone and data connectivity
  • Expansion of telecommunication networks for high populated areas where established networks have reached their capacity
  • Business-to-business, low to medium speed Intranet data connectivity
  • Internet connectivity at high data rates
  • Construction project, oil, gas exploration and production site connectivity, etc.

The technology and services in consideration proved to be suitable for any domestic market, assuring profitable operation for our local partners and customers.   Click here for more information on WorldNet DAMA Systems
