"Zodchiy" is an architectural and design firm who over the last years has developed several projects of different complexities.

Our comprehensive approach to design, knowledge of modern technologies, customer relations are all components of a productive creative process. With our technologies we are able to visually project for the client what a future building will look like.

The object of this project was to create an expressive architectural building in a modern residential area. The project included a cafe, an open-air dining area and a pharmacy. Compositional structure of this project became a logical continuation of the existing pedestrian lines.  Our designers were able to reduce the cost of this project by using affordable construction and finishing materials.

The function of the entrance facade to the construction materials shop, Khalturina Street, Kharkiv, is to promote the merchandise they sell. A light aluminum framework filled in by wall panels of different facade materials allows their customers the opportunity to see the type and quality of products they sell in real working conditions.

In towns outside Kharkiv buildings of different sizes were reconstructed to become affiliates of "Aval" bank. Interior designs were dictated by the activities the bank would perform.  Incorporating the same roof over the entrance and using the same colors for the facades achieved continuity in the style of all buildings.

Using modern lighting technologies for the interior space of "Ukrgasservice" store we were able to create the feeling of lightness while not distracting the customer's attention from the displayed merchandise.

This project required remodeling a flat into an office complex, which needed two entrances at ground level. The entrances were made very compact so it does not block the pedestrian sidewalk. The lightness of the roof over the entrance organically blends with the street.
