Large Corporation is looking for partners for creating of Shopping Mall and Entertainment Park

The concern “AVEC & Co” is the largest diversified corporation in Kharkiv region. Today the concern has a fast developing business infrastructure with effective system of administration that consists of more than 500 highly skilled specialists who oversee day to day running of the Concern's activity.

Products and services: development and exploitation of the largest trade Center in Eastern Ukraine; bread baking; investment activities; brokerage; insurance; real estate; charity.

Also the concern is actively involved in agriculture sector, wholesale & retail trade of consumer goods through a chain of shops around Kharkiv.

Distinguishing Characteristics

In 1996 “Concern AVEC&Co“ built the largest trade Center in Ukraine. Its every day attendance is more than 100.000 visitors in 25 hectares area. The Center annual turnover for the last year is USD 11 millions.  Presently the capitalization of the Center is estimated USD at 15 millions.

Future Plans

At present Concern “AVEC & Co” is going to create a Shopping Mall and an Entertainment Park. The Shopping Mall will include supermarket, cloth / footwear stores, furniture salons, plus different leisure activities, such as cafes, restaurants, cinema, hotel, service station, and free parking for 1000 cars, etc.

The analysis of Kharkiv districts has allowed to define the most favorable sites for such building. The existing urban transport network in Kharkiv will make visiting the Shopping Mall easier and more pleasant both for city dwellers, and for guests of the city. Kharkiv region has Special Investment Regime that provides opportunities of mutually beneficial cooperation on realization of investment projects for domestic and foreign investors.

The goals are to find strategic partners to create and develop the Shopping Mall and the Entertainment Park. We also hope to have mutually beneficial meetings with representatives of businesses to exchange experience and ideas. For realization of the presented projects, Concern “AVEC & Co” is looking for strategic partners. Concern is ready to conduct open dialogue with interested parties.
