Kharkiv automotive manufacturer seeks joint venture partner |
||||
Thank you for your consideration of our firm, AVTRAMAT, a joint stock company. We are a major manufacturer of spare parts for the car and tractor industry and produce such items as pistons, rings and aluminum engine parts. We are also a member of the privatized industrial association "Kharkovtractorozapchast". We are a major manufacturer of aluminum castings, producing 2000 tons per year. We have recently started the production of several new items such as: sucker-rod pumps and other oil extracting equipment; internal combustion engines up to 50 cu. cm. for bicycles, mopeds, agricultural equipment; and diesel engines of up to 300 h.p. In addition, we are now preparing for the recovery of ammunition and various non-ferrous |
alloys, such as copper and aluminum, from dismantled military projectiles. We plan to manufacture high quality items from these alloys and to process the waste products of own production and other industrial scrap. All these operations are now at an initial stage. For example, the military projectiles are already being dismantled, but the speed of operations is slow and additional equipment and technologies are needed. The non-ferrous alloys are being produced, but a laboratory and an induction furnace are needed in order to raise quality. Some articles are being manufactured from these alloys, but their quality has yet to be certified to ISO 9000 standards and this requires an investment in additional equipment. Contracts for this equipment have been already been signed, but additional investment is need for their purchase. That is why we are seeking not just an ordinary investor, but one who will be an earnest partner in order to accelerate all these projects. All projects are aimed at the delivery of high quality, low cost products primarily to the Ukrainian internal market, although their export potential is always taken into account. |
