We are the Production & Financial concern named Gala Capital, with 100 employees, located in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine.  Being established in 1991 as a commercial firm in the field of mining and metallurgy.  We have now developed a new strategy for our business, structuring GALA Capital as a marketing-oriented international firm.

GALA Capital's involvement in privatization and SME support programs benefits from their experience in the fields of industry, commerce, finance, securities, insurance, risk-assessment and communications.  The firm is associated with SME support activities and marketing programs of the International Union of Ukrainian Businessmen (IUUB), being a basic firm of IUUB's Dnepropetrovsk Regional Branch.
We have reached agreement in principle with IUUB to be a host company in the Region for IUUB's SME Support Guarantee Fund. The Fund's function is to cover creditors' risks while financing SME projects. Thus the Fund facilitates new businesses financing and investment mobilization for Ukraine.

GALA Capital's software business is being expanded to establish the firm as a hub for an international communications network, with a large data-base to serve government agencies, business and industry - including foreign partners. This linkage, together with their selective involvement in the national SME support program, can be of value matching commercial, joint-venture or investment partner's needs with newly available commercial properties.

While continuing to improve programs to serve an expanding base of domestic clients, GALA Capital's plans to establish a strong position in international marketing are being given even

greater emphasis. The firm's strategies, new priorities, and adoption of modern international management methods parallel the imperatives that the national government has set as a basis for obtaining public and private funding.  Being a transition and emerging market country's resident company we really need to create mutually profitable international alliances with foreign partners.  We hope so also!
