The company was established in 2000 when the farms in
Ukraine were privatized. There
are 4 founders and 423 landowners. The number of employees is
171. At harvest time 40-50 people are employed
additionally, mainly from Western Ukraine
The farm is located on 4079 hectares of land, 2469 are arable, 835 hectares are devoted to pasture, and 374 hectares to hayfields.
50 % of the arable land is devoted to grain crops, 40% to fodder crops, 6% to technical crops, and 4% to vegetables.
The main activities of the company are:

Currently the farm has 1029 head of cattle:
