Kupiansk bread baking plant was established in 1983 and reorganized into an open joint stock company in 1996.  The enterprise is located in the town of Kupiansk 2.5 kilometers away from a railway station.  Share of the market in the Kupiansk district is 69 %.

The firms has been expanding into other areas of the Kharkiv Oblast and its sales have grown as a result.

The firm offers the usual range of bakery products and now offers multi-layer wedding cakes and doughnuts after having seen them on a Marshall Plan study tour of the U.S.
