State enterprise " Kharkov factory of the electrical equipment " (further the enterprise) was created in 1943 as a producer of devices of the aviation industry and control systems for the rocket-space complexes.
Since 1956 it has been the first and the basic producer of electric razors in the former Soviet Union.
In 1989 the planned re-structuring of the enterprise was begun, and as a result:
4 factories - filiations were allocated without right of the legal person;
The management was created: industrial, economic, financial -marketing, commercial, on social questions, of the tool preparation of the enterprise, energy-mechanical, of safety and the staff, repair - building;
State municipal enterprise "Echo" factory combine of a meal and children's establishments were allocated as independent structural units with the rights of a legal person:
Re-organization of allocated self-supporting structural units was carried out.
The general area of an industrial platform of the enterprise is 15,6 hectares.
The general area of the industrial cases is 140,500 sq. m.
The general area of the industrial premises is 70,200 sq. m.
The industrial structure of the enterprise consists of such workshops as:
the workshop of the exact mechanics, automatic - forming, of galvanic coverings, of the processing of plastic (2), semi finished items, control-test facilities, assembling (4),
mechanical, of water-and heat counters, skeleton, of the printed- circuit- boards, on manufacturing of a zipper “Molniya”, tool, repair - mechanical , repair - building, transport, energy-repair.Specialization of the enterprise
Space activities:
production of sensors of telemetering agreeing devices, step-type motors, devices of power supplies of space vehicles;
Non-space activities:
Producing of means of the account, control and regulation of expenses of energy carriers (single-phase and three-phase electric meters, water-counters and heat-counters), the devices of personal hygiene (the electric razors etc.), of the household electrical equipment, devices for armored engineering, devices of industrial and special appointment.
The technological structure of the enterprise consists of 5 separate kinds of production:
Assembling - arrangement production, manufacturing of details by punching and bench -mechanical assembling, chemical-galvanic;
Covering of details and manufacturing of printed-circuit-boards, manufacturing of a zipper “Molniya”.
Technological equipment totals 3075 units.
The total of technologies, which are applied at the enterprise are 15, among them 10 - technologies of double value, 1 - unique, 14 - modern.
There are 1843 workers and 152 occupations at the enterprise.
General area of the industrial premises of the enterprise which can be used for the development of new kinds of production and also for creation of joint ventures makes 2025 sq. m.
Description of product
Telemeter matched devices, step-type motors, devises of a microsatellite object, electric razors, electric counters, water-counters, heat - counters, electric - heat aspirators.
In 2000 – 2001 the assimilation of 9 new kinds of production is planned: telemeter matched devices, step-type motors, devises of the microsatellite object, electric razors, electric counters, water-counters, heat - counters, devices VGM, household electrical devices.
