Kiev-Atlantic Ukraine was founded in 1994 and has built the most modern green field integrated agribusiness center in Ukraine. The build cost of the integrated center was $20 million in direct hard costs. The facilities consist of a modern US grain elevator, a vegetable oil seed and soy bean processing plant and the most modern feed mill in Ukraine. It is located 100 kilometers south of the capital Kiev, in Myronivka, a city of 20,000. The company is seeking strategic partners to expand its agribusiness integration.  This could include agricultural input and value added processing companies that are looking to develop a secure presence in the Ukrainian market through partnering with an experienced and proven successful, western owned and managed, family owned Kiev-Atlantic Group of companies.
