Production capacity is 100 tons of milk per 24 hours. Cheese processing facility - 3 tons of cheese per 24 hours, butter processing facility - up to 10 tons per 24 hours. Management is interested in selling its produce, looking for sources of raw materials and packaging materials for cheese (providing packages), and to package its dairy produce in small packages. They are also interested in figuring out for ourselves those aspects of Western management and production technologies that can be applies to improve products using the equipment we have. |
