Lugansk Investment Support Agency (LISA) is a non-governmental organization established by Lugansk Regional Enterprise Support Foundation in 1998.

Regional Enterprise Support Foundation in Lugansk region together with IRF "Business-Centre" have won the tender to participate in realization of the program "Rendering of support to the small and medium enterprise development to decrease the social tension which is mainly appeared as a result of coal industry re-structuring in Lugansk region" and European program Tacis EDUK 9601 called "Support to address the social impact of the restructuring of the coal industry in the Donbass, Ukraine".

As a part of Lugansk Regional Enterprise Support Foundation we are engaged with full range of SME development activities, including training, financial support and micro-credit programs, assistance to former coal-miners who suffered from restructuring of mine industry as well as refugees supporting.

Viva Lugansk is a major initiative of LISA for encouraging inward investment to the Oblast of Lugansk, which is a County situated in South East Ukraine. Viva Lugansk is promoted by LISA, which is staffed by a team of full-time business professionals, dedicated to providing one-door support and aftercare for investors.

LISA is a useful partner for the foreign businessmen entering the market of Ukraine as the Agency was established to develop investment opportunities of Lugansk region and comprehensively promote and attract the foreign companies to invest in Ukraine and Lugansk region, giving full info about business and investment opportunities, economic and social environment of Lugansk region.
