The enterprise started its sausage production in 1995. At present they produce 16 types of sausages (boiled and boiled-smoked) and 5 types of smoked meat products. In addition, the company provides other meat processing enterprises with the necessary materials for sausage production. The most profitable type of company products is boiled-smoked sausage (60% of total sales).
The enterprise is located in the city of Kharkiv with its own production facilities and company owned store. Mercury is constructing an additional sausage producing shop which will enable it to expand the range of smoked sausages.
