Mokosh, a closed joint-stock company, was founded in 1928 and privatized
in 1994. The company is not currently in operation. The company rents 2.8 hectares of land
and owns approximately 8,000 sq. m. of production and warehouse space.
The company seeks a direct partnership or a licensee operation with a U.S.
business to launch local production of medical bandages, which are not currently produced
in Ukraine. Supply of equipment for the production of the bandages would be from an
American partner. A distribution agreement could also be an option. A summary of a
business plan in English and a technical plan in Russian is available upon request. |
