Monolit is an instrument making enterprise with high degree of integration.
The principal processes used in the manufacture of both internally and externally
designed products are:
- machining and sheet-metal fabrication;
- electroplating and painting;
- manufacture of single-sided, double-sided and multi-layer printed circuit boards;
- casting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys;
- microelectronics manufacture;
- mechanical and electric assembly.
External Economic Activity
- delivery of Monolit's full nomenclature products throughout the CIS;
- delivery of turbo-generator automatic control systems for atomic and fossil-fueled power
plants in China, Bulgaria and the CIS.

Monolit's principal product lines are:
- control systems for guided missiles and space flights;
- turbo-generator automatic control systems for atomic and fossil-fueled power plants;
- medical equipment;
- telecommunication facilities;
- consumer goods.
In-house quality control system has traditionally been very thorough, meeting the
highest standards of the Soviet Union. Beginning in 1991, the international standards ISO
9000 were introduced into the system and today MONOLIT is working in close contact with
international standards' and certification organizations, with Quality Assurance experts
from the West aiming to gain full approval to ISO 9000 in the near future.
Having appraised immeasurable contribution to the business world, high standing and
professionalism, Business Initiative Directions (BID) awarded MONOLIT with the very
special "International Gold Star for Quality".
