Bedel Bedelov and Yakov Genkin founded the company in 1990. Our main manufacturing, sales and marketing facilities are located at 135 Sadovaya Street, Dergachi, Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine.

- Cast footwear
PVC Elastron for Footwear
PVC elastron is used for cast footwear production, footwear soles and products of technical use. Elastron types are PL-1; PL-2; PLP. A variety of colors are available upon request.
Cast Footwear
- Men’s boots – with or without insulating material
- Women’s boots – with or without insulating material
- Garden rubbers – with or without insulating material
- Rubbers for felt boots
All are produced in accordance to our quality standards
Polymer Processing Equipment
Polymer processing equipment can be manufactured to client’s technical request.
Equipment available:
- Granulator with strand cutting
- Extruders with direct current engines
- Polyethylene film washing and sintering unit
- Drum dryer
- Suspended equipment: palletizing, vibrosieves, cutter
Polymers
- Concentrates of coloring agents (CCA) for polyethylene – (for dyeing goods and cable production).
- CCA for polyethylene (for dyeing films).
- CCA for polyvinlchoride (for cable production and products of technical use).
- CCA for polypropylene.
- CCA for polystyrene.
- CCA are composite materials based on polymer with high pigment content. Granule size – 2.5 millimeters, powder compositions at the client’s request.
- Recommended dyeing consumption: 0.5 – 1%; up to 4% - top film CCA.
- CCA are approved for dyeing goods contacting food products and children toys.
- Pigment migration does not exist.
- Number of colors – more than 100.

Flexible polyvinylchoride is used for molded footwear production and other technical and common use.
Flexible PVC types:
PVC color: undyed and dyed in accordance with a patent approved by the client
PVC batch parameters can be changed at the client’s request.
