In 1987 the production cooperation Rosinka was organized on the basis of café Rosinka as part of a city public catering organization. In 1995 it was transformed into a private company with contributed capital of $250,000.
Rosinka has two production facilities with the total area of 1,500 square meters. Average daily sales are $4,000 to $5,000.
The company has the following products:
- Semi-processed fruits and vegetables
- Vegetable meals
- Semi-finished fish products and fish meals
- Meat products and sausage
- Pasta
- Buns and rolls
Representatives of this company were selected to participate in the Marshall Plan, Fruit and Vegetable study tour to the USA in August 1998.
