Telesens Ukraine was set up in November 1998 and is a subsidiary of a German company «Telesens AG», which has already been known for many years in the world market of computer technologies in the field of telecommunications. One of co-owners of «Telesens AG» is the European largest telecommunication company «Deutsche Telekom» (DTAG).

As to its organizational structure «Telesens Ukraine» is a company with 100% foreign investments. For the time being the company has already engaged $2.5 million investment and has a tendency to potential growth in the nearest future. «Telesens Ag» management positively estimates the possibility of direct investment in the enterprises of Ukraine and points out the presence of objective preconditions for its further continuation. The number of qualified Telesens employees has reached the point of 100 in September 1999 and is planned to be 250 by the end of next year.
