In General Zorya produces and processes high-quality farming products. Distinguishing Characteristics The enterprise was founded in 1929. In 2000, the enterprise was transformed into Zorya, Private Agrarian Leasing Enterprise. During the last two years, the arable land area has increased by 2,300 hectares, for the time being, makes up 6,700 hectares, Livestock includes 4,300 head of cattle of which 1,210 are milk cows. Milk yield is 6,100 kilos per year. Goals of Ohio Visit The Director of the enterprise visited similar businesses in the USA in 2001. Today, the enterprise would like to find partners for the joint activities in growing cereal, industrial, and forage crops, introduction into production of new hybrids, new technologies of production of and processing farming products. |
