TECHNOLOGIES DEVELOPED IN THE UKRAINE

Technology for deep purification of liquids (including submicrometer particles).

The technology is based on the principles of selective combination of microfilfration process, sorption, capillary effects and Raylegh distillation. Besides, it is possible to use thermodecompression effect with previous gas saturation of cleaned liquid following sharp reduction of pressure and appearance of microbubbles around particles which remove them from the system. It is implemented in the compact plants of modular type, which provide process' high productivity. The main method of distinctions are: purification factor for the particles with the size more than 0,01 micrometer, which is not lower than 10000;

Purification expenses exceed theoretical calculations by 20 percent. The main principles of such method can be also used for solution concentration, electroplate effluent' processing, water demineralisation at mobile plants, etc. Both technology and equipment data have been tested experimentally.

The approach is that a number of electrochemical (deposition, co-precipitation, destruction) and chemical processes are selectively combined. There exist several variants of wastewater

treatment technology for different consumers.

The given results are obtained at the expense of electrochemical processes based on turbulent stream-line-vortex motion near by electrode surface. Such a principle allows you to combine oxidation processes and contamination supply.

It is possible to apply electrochemical apparatus of any productivity. Industrial effluents purification is using new types of reactors, that provides water purification from organic substances (including biological ones), inorganic impurities, hard metals' ions (purification of mine water, containing radioactive isotopes).

The developed units know-how consists in definite vibration parameters representation causing interphase surface boundary lager perturbations. Apparatus for wastewater purification of soluble organic compounds and heavy metal ions and new gas-liquid apparatus with interaction phase design based on self-excited oscillation equipment have been created.
