This organization wishes to encourage the transfer of technical know-how
and training and would like to offer the services of our Cleaner Production Center.
We work in the Dnieper and Donets Basin area that accounts for about 2/3 of
Ukraine's heavy industries and accordingly environmental pollution.
We have developed a number of programs to abate pollution and encourage cleaner production
that may be profitable for potential investors. We have a region-wide network of
researchers and industrialists that can be used to promote U.S. investment, transfer of
U.S. technologies and their adaptation to local conditions.
We offer our services as representatives of your organization in our region. We could
jointly develop investment projects, carry out training programs, and support links
between the industrial communities in the U.S. and our region.

We would like to offer the descriptions several extremely
perspective projects in various areas of a science and engineering incorporated by general
methodology of artificial intelligence. These methods already have found practical
application in medicine (differential diagnostics), the science of materials (development
of new composite materials with given properties), chemistry (directed synthesis of new
connections with the given properties), optimization of working manufactures, etc.
